Who we are

This website and the GITECHY products are operated by Alfa Tech, Corp., Miami, FL 33177, United States (“GITECHY”, “we”, “us”). GITECHY™ is a brand of Alfa Tech, Corp. Contact: info@gitechy.com.

What we collect

• Account and order data: name, email address, company, billing details (payments are processed by Stripe – we never see full card numbers).
• License data: license keys, the address of the websites a license is activated on, plugin versions and the time of license checks.
• Messages you send us through the contact form.
• Technical data: IP address and browser information in server logs.

Website statistics

To see how our website is used, we count page views with our own tool – no cookies, nothing sent to other companies. For each page view we store the page, the website or link campaign you came from, your country (estimated from your device’s time zone), the type of device (phone, tablet or computer) and the language of the page, and whether the visit ended with a purchase.

Your IP address is not stored. To tell visitors apart for one day only, it is combined with your browser type and a random value that changes every day into a short code that cannot be traced back to you. The statistics are kept for 13 months and are never shared or sold.

Why we use it

To deliver and support the products you bought, to send license keys and invoices, to answer your messages and to protect our services against abuse.

Who receives it

Stripe (payments), our hosting provider and email provider. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

As long as your account or license exists, and afterwards as long as tax law requires.

You can ask for access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and object to processing. Write to info@gitechy.com.
